REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Divocean Dive Charters, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to be fair to our guests while also ensuring we can operate our trips smoothly and safely.

CUSTOMER CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled trip will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled trip are non-refundable.

  • No-shows or late arrivals that miss the departure time will not be refunded.

RESCHEDULING

Guests may reschedule their trip up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure at no additional charge, based on availability.

WEATHER & SAFETY CANCELLATIONS

If Divocean Dive Charters cancels a trip due to unsafe weather, mechanical issues, or other safety concerns, guests will be offered either:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to reschedule for another available date.

Your safety is always our top priority.

LATE ARRIVALS

Guests must check in by the posted check-in time. Late arrivals who miss the boat departure will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.

REFUND PROCESSING

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
